My go-to supplements & wellness routine:

Upon Rising, I take creatine (from Beautiful Yu, code Molstad) and essential aminos (from Kion). I've seen incredible muscle retention, recovery, and increased stamina. I do this whether I workout or not.

A scoop of Trimfit (this helps me feel energized and not jittery, and while it is supposed to help with cravings and appetite suppression, I use it for a dopamine brain boost. Code is Molstad.) I might also mix this with a pre-workout and/or colostrum (both from Beautiful Yu.)

I also take my BPC157 for inflammation + gut support (from Beautiful Yu) & NAD+ for energy + longevity (from Vyora, code Ashlie.)

Most afternoons I will take my hormone support supplement by Beam (code Molstad.)

Before bed I'll often make a turmeric latte which helps with inflammation and promotes restful sleep. I also make a glass of aminos mixed with my leaky gut powder (found on my Amazon store.)
